DWI
* Amanda C. Wehde, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.
* Aaron J. Whitley, 32, 709 North St. rear, was arrested on a warrant.
* Jasmine M. Bennett, 18, 1301 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Jamar R. Dowdy, 22, 409 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Five juveniles cited into juvenile court on suspicion of false declaration, resisting arrest and receiving stolen property.
* Timothy A. Leuckel, 52, 319 North St., No. 13, was arrested on suspicion of having no driver's license, expired license plates and no proof of insurance.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of making a false report.
* Craig Kizer, 51, no known address, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, armed criminal action, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and attempted forcible rape.
* Tracey E. Adams, 17, 905 Hickory St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Stephen R. Johnson, 28, 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated; a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance; and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on contempt of court for driving while intoxicated.
* Stephen R. Johnson, 28, 2020 Robin Hood Circle, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau counts of failure to appear.
* Johnny Pollard, 38, 423 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Shawn M. McGee, 29, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Michelle R. Dean, 47, 1816 Lawanda St., received a summons for a disorderly house.
* Jeffrey D. Meyer, 54, 2508 Route V, received a summons for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Joshua H. Bowers, 25, 342 Hillview St., received a summons for illegal operation of a motor vehicle in a city park.
