Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Eugene Haley, 31, 1327 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being an unlicensed driver and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Arrests

* A subject was placed in custody for driving while revoked.

* Donnie W. Stevens, 45, of Oliver Springs, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported. A subject was placed in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

* Domestic assault was reported. A subject was placed in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

Thefts

* BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of fuel.

* An air conditioner was reported stolen at 519 Amethyst St.

Burglary

* Absolute Arms & Ammo, 2000 William St., reported a burglary.

Property damage

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 174 Peek Lane.

* A front door was reported damaged at 1009 Linden Street.
