* Don L. Babcock, 53, 1549 Lexington Ave., Apt. 2, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Zackery A. Graham, 18, 1242 Woodland Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing.
* Ricky O'Neal Gamble, 22, 319 Park, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* Edward J. Boaz, 27, 137 S. Spanish St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
* Christian M. Fritz, 44, 322 S. Ellis St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Michael R. Middleton, 19, of Malden, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Ryan N. Curry, 34, 1927 Kingshighway, Apt. 57, received a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.
* Domestic assault was reported.

* A 13-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault.
* Sodomy, robbery and felonious restraint was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of fuel.
* Cash was reported stolen at 2804 Themis St.
* A lawn mower was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
* A radar detector and front license plate were reported stolen at 1101 S. Pacific St.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of cash. Garmesha D. Terry, 22, 234 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 8, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Cardiovascular Consultants, 25 Doctors' Park, reported a theft of medication.
* Cash, ID cards, keys and a wallet were reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1849 Perryville Road.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A motor scooter was reported stolen at 13 N. Pacific St.
* A cell phone and wallet were reported stolen on Watkins Street.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* The Cape Girardeau School District reported a broken glass door at 205 Caruthers Ave.
* Three incidents of harassment were reported.
