Cape Girardeau: DWI; Summonses; Thefts; Property damage
Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Michael D. Hill, 20, 822 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights.
Summonses
* Alex W. Pilsner Jr., 21, 1013 County Road 208, was issued a summons for littering and possession of alcohol.

* Shawna L. Howell, 23, 707 Broadway, Apt. B, was issued a summons for trespassing.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of food. Robert E. Spears Jr., 52, 443 Marie St., Apt. 3, was arrested in connection with the incident.
Property damage
* An apartment window and screen were reported damaged at 3120 Themis St.
