Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Beth A. Colyer, 42, 216 Capaha Trail, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, improper passing and failure to yield.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Brandon Singleton, 38, 906 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for sale of alcohol to a minor.

* Matthew T. Burlbaugh, 25, 1010 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Michael B. Hazel Jr., 24, 1727 New Madrid St., Paul E. Shearon, 31, of Jackson, Charles C. Evans, 34, 3 N. Benton St., James D. Cain, 27, of Schaumburg, Ill., and John A. Meere, 32, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., were issued summonses for disturbing the peace.

* Justin A. Pape, 30, 1942 Delwin St., Apt. B, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Thefts

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Money was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Medication was reported stolen 925 Jefferson Ave.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged on Spanish Street.

Miscellaneous

* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of Kiowa Trail.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.
