The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Barry J. Bounds, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for seat-belt violation and property damage and a probation violation for driving while suspended.
- Jerome L. Bridges, 22, of 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault and contempt of court for harassment.
- Keith L. Monia, 47, 3719 Carolewood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
- Galen L. Osborne, 17, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and on suspicion of stealing.
- Brittany N. Caldwell, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
- Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of charges for possession of paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute.
- Isaac S. Johnson, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting and interfering with arrest.
- Terrell E. Reynolds, 30, 1517 Henry St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting and interfering with arrest, tampering, leaving the scene and driving while revoked.
- Gail M. Pullen, 40, 2312 Lombardo Drive, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and failure to appear for window tint.

- Dustin Macauley, 18, 108 Englemann Lane, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
- Rodney L. Glover Jr., 19, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 59, was issued a summons for stealing.
- Cynthia R. Kelley, 32, of Dutchtown, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing.
Thefts
- Schnucks, 19 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of alcohol.
- Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway, and Payless Shoe Source, 3437 William St., reported thefts of shoes. Randel J. Otterson, 18, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 54, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the incident.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 243 S. Silver Springs Road. A vehicle window was reported broken in the incident.
- A tape player was reported stolen at 3061 William St.
- A guitar was reported stolen at 3061 William St. A vehicle window was reported broken in the incident.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 2102 William St.
- A Harmon Cardin drive and play were reported stolen at 3036 William St. A window bracing was reported bent in the incident.
- Lawn mowers were reported stolen and a camper shell lock was reported broken at 906 S. Pacific St.
- Rent A Center, 2136 William St., reported failure to return rental property.
Property damage
- Bethany Baptist Church, of 1712 Randol Ave., reported property damage to the restroom wall.
- Tires were reported slashed at 1302 Butler St.
