Cape Girardeau

Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Heather D. Weston, 25, 3020 Boutin Drive, Apt. 134, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, having no license plate, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance.
• Brenda K. Rutherford, no address given, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
• Jeremy Gremard, 30, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for absconding.
• Adrienne Sneckenberg, 24, 1735 Bessie St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and traffic offenses.
• Solomon Sides, 25, 922 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of marijuana.
• Denesha D. Walton, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested by the Scott County Sheriff's Department on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and probation violation.

Summons

• Cassy L. Gibson of Cape Girardeau received a summons for maintenance of a nuisance at 1721 Northwoods Court.

Assaults

• A domestic assault was reported on Interstate 55.

Thefts

• Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle at 239 N. Henderson Ave.

Burglaries

• A burglary was reported at 308 W. Lorimier St. A PlayStation 3 and games were reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported at Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway. Alcohol was reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported at 1803 Sherwood Drive. Cash and golf clubs were reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported at 2550 Wild Horse Trail. A cell phone and computer were reported stolen.
• Patrick's Cleaners, 106 Broadview St., reported an attempted burglary.

Miscellaneous

• A 20-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Child abuse was reported.

• Angela M. Cerrito, 24, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested and issued a summons on suspicion of drinking an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle.
• Gregory Wayne Donner, 19, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Donald Eugene Welker of 235 S. Union St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summons

• Ashley N. Hunter, 25, 2061 Peartree Court, Apt. 11, received a summons for peace disturbance.
