DWI
* Bradley J. Cook, no age given, 3002 Aspen Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* David S. Vandyke, no age given, of Carrier Mills, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Luke E. Oliver, no age given, 602 Redbud Circle, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
* Martin Cruz-Marcial, 20, 616 Emerald St., was arrested on a suspicion of forgery, identity theft and immigration violations.
* A woman was in custody awaiting filing of formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.
Summons
* Bryan D. Curry, of Hermitage, Tenn., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of insurance and driving with an expired plate following a motor vehicle accident at Broadway and Main Street.
Assault
* A domestic assault was reported at 1743 Lakeshore Drive.
Burglary
* Main Street Bar, 701 N. Main St., reported a burglary. A window was broken and liquor was stolen in the break-in.
Thefts
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of fuel.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft.
Miscellaneous
* A subject was placed in protective custody at 3255 Independence St.
* Harassment was reported at 219 N. Lorimier St.
* A subject was reported in protective custody at 121 S. Sprigg St.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Antonio M. Johnson, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Kim E. Smithey, 49, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear and received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1400 block of Highland Drive.
