DWI

* Kevin J. Groves, 35, 17 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jonathan L. Holmes, 25, 3006 Wisteria Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving without a license, and was issued a summons for driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield.

* Luke H. Toone, 26, of Woods Cross, Utah, was arrested on suspicion of soliciting on private property.

* Damian C. Davis, 23, of Lamoni, Iowa, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure at Broadway and Main Street.

* Dana A. Gardner, 19, 1548 E. Riverside Dr., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Jamaal A. Mackins, 23, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a Pulaski County warrant for failure to appear in court for possession of a controlled substance.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a curfew violation.

* Christopher J. Long, 31, 1124 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing a controlled substance, and on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Stanford D. Stucker, 31, 1953 Westwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Bryan K. Reid, 28, 1806 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to return to confinement and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a probation revocation.

* Otis Johnson, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court and on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Joshua D. Gordon, 523 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and driving while revoked, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for stealing.

* Lorie L. Carter, 39, 1116 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for failure to license an animal, having an animal declared vicious and animal neglect.

* Cheri L. Burnett, of Brownwood, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Charles J. Morrill, 55, 840 S. Kingshighway, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Tyler B. Holshouser, no age given, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Chasity D. Boaz, 35, 137 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* Rhonye D. Lincoln III, 22, of Mound City, Ill., was issued a summons for shoplifting.

* Allison R. Lanpher, 32, 616 Sycamore Circle, No. 119, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* A 25-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Child abuse was reported.

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 40-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Careless and imprudent driving was reported on Interstate 55.

* Harry L. Masson, 50, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

* Larry Bernard, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Zachariah T. Nelms, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the road and being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Nathan G. Gross, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Reyna Shelley, 33, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of second-degree tampering.

* Jack Markham, 30, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault, second-degree property damage and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
