Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Clayton C. Threewit, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear and a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Trenton G. Klippel, 19, 3810 Valley View Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
- Richard B. Stemmerick, 39, 308 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 411, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
- Richard Klonoski, 56, of Auburn, Maine, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds at 1732 W. Point Place.
- Gerald N. Stott, 66, 2917 Park West Heights, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds at 214 N. Louisiana Ave.
Assaults
- A domestic assault with property damage was reported.

Burglary
- A burglary was reported at 1404 Lexington Ave., Apt. 6. A TV, stereo, video game system, games and miscellaneous papers were reported stolen.
Thefts
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
- License plates were reported stolen at 725 Broadway.
- Registration stickers were reported stolen at 315 Shirley Drive.
- Cash was reported stolen at 3030 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 16.
- Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Identity theft was reported.
Property damage
- Four Square Gospel Church, 1222 Bloomfield St., reported trespassing and a damaged door jamb and storm window.
- Brown Shoe Co., 115 N. Main St., reported that its building had been spray-painted.
- A brick wall was reported damaged at 811 Broadway.
- Yard lamps and a window were reported damaged at 2002 Dunklin St.
Miscellaneous
- Tampering was reported at 1327 N. West End Blvd., Apt. 2. Deanna M. Heuring, 27, 1327 N. West End Blvd., Apt. 2 rear, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
- Cruelty to animals was reported at 2761 Sherri Drive.
Jackson
