Cape Girardeau: Arrests; Thefts; Miscellaneous
Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Two boys were placed in custody for assault.
* Misty R. McIntyre, 23, 338 Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation and no operator's license.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance.
Thefts
* Medication was reported in the 300 block of Lorimier Street.
* Blanchard Elementary School, 1829 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of an electronic toy.
Miscellaneous
* A 54-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
