Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Domorlo McCaster, 21, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* John C. Barger, 61, 110 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for no license.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while revoked.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing.

* Brittani D. Clark, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Derick R. Bissel, 27, of Monico, Mo., was arrested by the New Madrid County Sheriff's Department on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for helmet required.

* Christian L. Conley, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing a cell phone.

* Marcus T. Morgan, 28, 926 College St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Summonses

* Shyane N. Dow, 18, 617 N. Spanish St., and Jonathan R. Scarber, 24, 617 N. Spanish St., were issued summonses for harassment.

* Tobijah T. Wyatt, 28, 612 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 2, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation.

Assault

* An assault and peace disturbance were reported at Central Junior High School. Two 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two instances of gasoline theft.

* A garage door opener and booklets were reported stolen at 2209 Melrose Ave.

* Money was reported stolen at 1800 William St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 921 Hackberry St.

* Unauthorized long-distance phone charges were reported at 1105 Linden St., No. 608.

* A radio was reported stolen and property damage was reported at 200 Aquamsi Drive.

Property damage

* Coca-Cola, 2334 Rusmar St., reported damage to a soda machine.

* Plaza Auto, 60 S. Kingshighway, reported accidental damage to a vehicle window.

* Barnes and Noble, 3049 William St., reported a mirror damaged.

Miscellaneous

* US Bank, 3060 William St., reported a counterfeit $100 bill.

* Misuse of the 911 service was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Justin D. Brown, 20, 930 E. Main St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

* Edwina L. Daniels, 21, 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North Hope Street.

* Property damage was reported in the area of South Missouri Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Odus Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

DWI

* Jonathon T. Simpson, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of roadway.

Arrests

* James M. Denton, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Clayton C. Leming, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Joseph M. Thiele, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit card.

* Timothy J. Beck, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Andrew J. Ladner, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of marijuana.

* Michael J. Abernathy, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right half of roadway, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Jon C. Calvert, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for burglary.

* Sheila N. Mitchell, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* William M. Colegate, 43, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* William R. Riegart, 43, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of child abuse.
