The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Brittany N. Estes, 22, of Thebes, Ill., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Sola Depree, 48, 128 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Brandon L. King, 23, 605 Maple St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Christy D. Niswonger, 34, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, failure to signal while turning and failure to comply with a court order requiring use of an ignition interlock device.
* Two 13-year-old girls were taken into custody on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* Robert L. Sell, 23, of Caledonia, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Wesley P. Langston, 23, 510 W. Highland Drive, received a summons for property damage.
* Stephen D. Flye, 37, 903 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Kelvin L. Johnson, 30, 46 N. Henderson Ave., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Ivana C. Jackson, 111 Sunset Blvd., received a summons for assault.
* John T. Slaner Jr., 43, 1122 Big Bend Road, received a summons for assault.
* Joshua J. Close, 33, 1406 Mississippi St., received a summon for a leash-law violation and having an animal declared vicious.
* Brandon M. Depree, 27, 420 S. Benton St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* Electronics, jewelry and money were reported stolen at 415 Emerald St.
* Flowers with a basket and stand were reported stolen at 206 N. Kingshighway.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A computer and software were reported stolen at 11 S. Ellis St.
* A washer and dryer were reported missing at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* Forgery was reported.
* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* High weeds were reported.
* A 47-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
The Southeast Missouri State University reported the following item.
Burglary
* Money was reported stolen and property damage was reported at Parker Hall.
