Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing and tampering with motor vehicle.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 318 N. Sprigg St.

* Cape Girardeau reported damage to vehicle window. A subject is in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Micahel A. Dilley, 33, 433 W. Adams St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle, hindering prosecution and peace disturbance.

* Two boys were cited into juvenile court for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

* A drug violation was reported in the 700 block of Washington Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.
