DWI

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and failure to maintain single lane.

Arrests

* Kristian Dale Henderson, 24, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges related to property damage.

* Terry Wayne Owens, 62, 2115 Montgomery St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Melanie Maylee Logan, 26, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Two subjects are in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine precursor with intent to manufacture, three counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of ephedrine and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Kyle W. Madden, 20, 1003 South Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Brett M. Dieffenbach, 22, 550 South Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Gregory A. Marcus, 32, 415 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A 41-year-old subject was taken into protective custody.

* A 48-year-old subject was taken into protective custody.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of having an open container of alcohol.

* Tanisha Evon Richie, 23, 2806 Independence St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Norman B. Tuggle Jr., 76, 3916 Granite Drive, received a summons for leash-law violation.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

Theft

* Enterprise Rental reported a vehicle theft.

* A credit card was reported stolen at 3437 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a gas theft.

* Trespassing was reported.

* A request for service was reported.

* A lawn mower was found at 1010 Merriwether St.

* An abandoned vehicle was reported at 503 Koch Ave.

* A forged check was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Samantha A. Myer, 24, 421 County Road 352, Millersville, received a summons for speeding.

* Ashley N. Bauman, 25, 162 Sycamore Court, Oak Ridge, received a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Darcie J. Rangel, 19, 703 Bella Vista Drive, received a summons for speeding.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 3500 block of Dana Drive.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Mary Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of North Hope Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
