Arrests

* Chad A. Collier, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection and domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Latonya R. Bates, 31, 221 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* Anthony R. Bell, 26, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts, noise.

* Kevin K. Bevell Jr., 22, 717 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violating an order of protection.

* Loronzo D. Martin, 17, 405 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Alesha Martin, 41, 405 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise.

* Paul A. Vanmeter Jr., 58, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. B2, was arrested on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear.

* Rodney Gean Harris, 30, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Frinbrinzo Juan Boyd, 30, 717 S. Benton St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for domestic assault and failure to appear for unlawful possession of a firearm and on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for child neglect.

Summonses

* Shauntel L. Roberts, 21, 317 Merriwether St., and Sharola L. Moore, 35, 934 William St., received summonses for peace disturbance and marijuana possession.

* Walter White, 52, 460 Mason St., received a summons for a dog at large.

* Rebeca Mary Everding, 24, of St. Louis received a summons for an illegal sign.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Cash was reported stolen at 1000 Themis St.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 609 Jefferson Ave.

* Trespassing and a damaged door were reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St. Nicholas P. Liefer, 21, of Red Bud, Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Possession of child pornography was reported.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 22-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A pistol was reported found at 3265 William St.

DWIs

* Blaine G. McCanless, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Marvin L. Nobels, 41, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with no valid license.

* Matthew S. McDowell, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Arrests

* William J. Duschell, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Scott D. Easley, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

* Vincent L. Flores, 23, of Randles was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession, operating a motor vehicle with no valid license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* George L. Whitehead, 22, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, failure to appear, being a visibly intoxicated minor; and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for theft.
