Arrests
- Benjamin F. Rawlins, 21, of 631 Themis St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.
- Patricia A. Cox, 42, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for motor vehicle financial responsibility, contempt of court for immediate notice of motor vehicle accident and contempt of court for stealing.
- Detrayous D. Curry, 23, of 528 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for possession of marijuana.
- Cortez Evans, 47, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving with a revoked license, expired license plates and no proof of insurance.
- Jonathan L. Jenkins, 28, of 329 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving.
- Sammy E. Phillips, 45, of 1106 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for revoked operator's license, contempt of court for no proof of insurance, contempt of court for prohibited acts, failure to appear for prohibited acts, contempt of court for improper registration and failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
- Sarah N. Moore, 22, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for speeding.

- Joshua R. Gantt, 21, of Scott City received a summons for exhibition driving and no proof of insurance.
- Glenn A. Lambert, 23, of 1715 Stoddard St., received a summons for failure to maintain weeds or grass.
Thefts
- A computer was reported stolen at 803 Independence St., Apt. E.
- A strong arm robbery was reported in the 200 block of South Lorimier Street.
- Medications were reported stolen from 215 N. Louisiana Ave.
- Bi-State Oil Co., 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
- Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
- A bank check was reported stolen and forged at 240 S. Benton St.
- An attempted burglary was reported.
- A wreath was reported stolen at 1504 Briarcliff Drive.
- Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
Property damage
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 1032 S. Ellis St.
- Cape La Croix Apartments, 630 S. Spring Drive, reported damage to a window and a screen.

- Justin M. Crader, 23, of 1335 Amblewood Drive, No. 11, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
Theft
- The university reported misuse of travel funds in excess of $500.
