The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of second-degree assault, property damage and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Michelle M. Ford, 24, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Robert L. Hall, 33, 805 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer.
  • Marvin D. Nunley, 40, 610 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of having an open container.
  • Keshuna K. Oliver, 29, 2833 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended license and failure to appear for revoked license, and on a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no license.
  • Timothy D. Wilson, 36, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for prohibited acts and noise violation and an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

Summonses

  • Jesse N. Wilson, of 124 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 8, was issued a summons for stealing.
  • Richard Frederick, 87, 1215 S. Kingshighway, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.

Thefts

  • Nascorp, of Goodlettsville, Tenn., reported a theft of skytracker modules, wiring and components.
  • A dog kennel was reported stolen at 1416 N. Spanish St.
  • U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of an auto transport trailer.
  • A check was reported stolen at 927 Bloomfield St.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 200 West Park Mall.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline
  • Baish and Skinner, 241 S. Sprigg St., reported a gas credit card stolen.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 124 S. Lorimier St.

  • Regions Bank, 2100 William St., reported a forgery.
  • A subject was released pending charges of driving while revoked.
  • A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Child abuse was reported.
