The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following information. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Christopher D. Clover, 22, of Wolf Lake, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance and failure to keep right.
* Charlesmen D. Bobo, 19, 1019 Village Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, no insurance and no headlight.
* A subject was in custody, pending filing of formal charges of driving while revoked.
* Sanford E. Rainey, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Shauntel L. Roberts, 21, 317 Merriwether St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and possession of marijuana.
* Latonya R. Bates, 31, 221 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended license.
* Anthony R. Bell, 26, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested.
* Maggie L. Bell, 44, 426 S. Pacific St., received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).
* Zachary D. Varner, 25, of Tamms, Ill., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Domestic assault and violation of a protection order were reported.
* A back pack and medication were reported stolen at Capaha Park.
* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A debit card was reported stolen at 132 N. Main St.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Shell D Mart, 3415 Route K, reported fuel stolen.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1522 William St.
* A wooden door frame damaged on 1327 N. West End Blvd.
* Three glass basement windows and screens were reported damaged at 217 S. Ellis St.
* Accidental property damage was reported.
* Child molestation was reported.
The Southeast Missouri State University reported the following items.
Theft
* An iPod was reported stolen in Towers North.
