Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Christoper D. Patton, 26, of 3 Brenda Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop for a flashing red lights, improper registration and expired plates.

Arrests

  • Terrance D. Mosley, 19, of 817 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft was reported at 1632 Scivally Drive.
  • A theft was reported at 1611 Scivally Drive.
  • Plants Plus, 910 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft.
  • A theft was reported at 1620 Ridgeway Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two separate incidents of theft.

Property damage

  • Unlawful use of a weapon and property damage were reported.
  • Property damage was reported at 256 S. Benton St.
  • Property damage was reported at 24 S. Spanish St.
  • Jasper's, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St. Apt. 208.
  • A case involving deviate sexual assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.
  • A person reported losing a purse in the 2800 block of Independence Street.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Tyler R. Seabaugh, 17, of 222 S. Ohio St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

  • Devon Strohmeyer, 18, of 1518 County Road 468 was issued summonses for failure to yield at an intersection, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Ricky Nanney, 19, of 200 Lindsey Lane was issued summonses for minor in possession of alcohol and minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Belinda Kinzel, 47, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
  • Tosha Lee, 24, of 957 W. Independence St., Lot 17, was issued summonses for failure to use a turn signal and driving while intoxicated.
  • Venieda Reynolds, 77, of 2706 Flora Hills, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
  • Brenda Hale, 47, of 312 Oak Forest was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
  • Edward L. Atchison, 39, of 2009 Old Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau received a summons for theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • An attempted burglary was reported in the 2500 block of South Hope Street.

Property damage

  • An iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Elmwood Boulevard.
  • A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of Timber Lane.
  • Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox in the 2100 block of Otto Drive.
  • A bicycle was found in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.
  • A mailbox was reported damaged in the 800 block of Donna Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Peace disturbance and harassment were reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
  • A wallet was reported found in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 3051 E. Jackson Blvd.
  • A purse was reported found in Jackson City Park.
  • A verbal dispute was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A missing 13-year-old boy was reported in 200 block of East Washington Street. The boy later returned home.
  • Careless and imprudent driving was reported in the 1900 block of Old Cape Road.
  • Careless and imprudent driving was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.
  • Internet fraud was reported in the 2500 block of Lakeshore Drive.
  • A violation of court-ordered custody was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
