Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lance P. Ruebel, 24, 164 Talbot Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at posted sign.

Arrests

* Rhonesia K. Savage, 32, and Laporcha B. Turner, 19, both of Sikeston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Richard A. Moore, 39, 2830 Whitener Ave., was arrested on suspicion of impersonating a law enforcement officer.

* Kristian D. Henderson, 24, 2819 Whitener Ave., Apt. A5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for endangering the welfare of a child.

* Four juveniles were placed in custody for peace disturbance.

* A 14-year-old boy was placed in protective custody for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

* Joyce D. Rose, 50, 1815 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Samuel D. McDaniel, 20, 301 Louis St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Loretta J. Rodriguez, 33, 613 Locust Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* An assault was reported. A subject was taken into custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

Thefts

* A white 1988 Oldsmobile was reported stolen at 1527 New Madrid St.

* Headlights and assembly and driver's side grill were reported stolen and vehicle damage reported at 2838 Independence St.

* A Missouri license plate and handicap parking tab were reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Heuer Sons Implement Co., 861 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of tires.

* A key was reported stolen at 117 N. Clark Ave.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 926 S. Pacific St. A window screen and television were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Park Pharmacy, 37 Doctors' Park, reported counterfeiting.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brandon S. Blagg, 18, 1230 E. Main St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael A. Petty, 35, 2505 Allendale St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

* A burglary was reported in the 4500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damages

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.

* Property damage was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at Dempster parking lot. Phylicia S. Cooper of St. Louis was issued a summons in connection with the incident.
