- A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while suspended, no insurance and no seat belt.
- Scott Allen Pikey, 1104 W. Mount Auburn Road, Apt. 109, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

- Frito Lay, 1857 Rusmar St., reported a burglary and theft of a dolly.
- Rains Ceramic Tile, 1542 Sloan Creek, reported a burglary and theft of a saw, drill level and speed square.
Property damage
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 121 S. Sprigg St.
