Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles A. Dobyns, 19, of Benton, Mo., was arrested by the Scott City Police Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, dimming lights and minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jerrell R. Quinn, 20, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for driving while revoked.

Summons

* Brett D. Schoppa, 47, 1432 N. Water St., received a summons for animal leash required and animal city license required.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A cell phone and SIM card were reported stolen at 265 Notre Dame Drive. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 3023 Aspen Drive. A television and iPod were reported stolen in the break-in.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported spray painted at 11 S. Lorimier St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 323 N. Lorimier St. A purse was reported stolen.

* Hempies, 107 N. Main St., reported a broken window.

Jackson

The following items were release by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stanford D. Stucker, 30, 217 Mary St., was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

* Jeremiah Siggers, 27, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
