DWI

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Scott A. Long, 27, of 2568 Lisa Dr., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Eddie L. Hall, 51, of 2825 Whitener St., Apt. B2, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
  • Jeryd M Brumbaugh, 20, of 347 Barberry St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • David K. Pierce, 41, of 1105 Linden St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Subjects are in custody pending formal charges possession and distribution of a controlled substance.

Summonses

  • Dustin R. Wren, 25, of 811 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Stephen D. Flye, 34, of 903 S. Sprigg St. was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Amanda S. Abner, 20, of Route 2 Box 2240, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for unlawful use of a license.

Thefts

  • Jasper's, 10 S. West End Boulevard, reported stolen gasoline.
  • Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of cologne and jewelry.
  • Stealing was reported at 100 West Park Mall.
  • Stealing was reported at the Medicine Shoppe at 864 N. Kingshighway.
  • Robbery and unlawful use of a weapon were reported in the 1900 block of Perryville Road.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
  • A purse was reported taken from a vehicle at 2317 Brookwood Drive.
  • Tires and wheels were reported taken from 1501 N. Kingshighway.
  • Two instances of stolen gasoline were reported by Rhodes at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • Identity theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
  • A 34-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
