Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Benjamin M. Calvert, 1927 Briarwood Drive, received a summons for failure to drive on right half of the road and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jodi D. Martin, 30, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and on a Bollinger County warrant for a probation violation.

* Detrayous D. Curry, 26, 709 North St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.

* Sarah E. Hahs, 20, 7882 County Road 621, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Denzel T. Smith, 19, 2040 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise.

* Philece J. Brooks, 25, 826 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for suspended operator's license.

Assault

* An assault and burglary were reported.

Theft

* A dog was reported stolen at 2577 Lisa Drive.
