The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Christopher Glenn Johnson, 25, 46 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane.
* Robert A. Bailey, 22, 911 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.
* Erica Brooke Frierson, 25, 622 Bellevue St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.
* Galen Lamar Osborne, 28, 1107 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for trafficking/possession of marijuana.
* George Lee Bierschwal, 38, 2137 County Road 206, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Lashanda Nacole Dodds, 20, 406 S. Spring Ave., Apt. 4K, received a summons for walking in the street when a sidewalk was provided.
* Dusty Wayne Tyler, 22, 19187 Highway 42 East, Belle, Mo., received a summons for stealing from Bel Air Grill, 24 S. Spanish St.
* Eric Lamont L. Hogan, 23, 445 S. Spring Ave., Apt. E, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* A window frame was reported bent in a burglary at 1713 Montgomery St.
* Habitat for Humanity, 117 N. Middle St., reported the theft of lumber.
* A saddle, tool box and tools were reported stolen from 1922 Independence St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A purse was stolen form 628 Napa Circle.
* Missouri license plate CC6-X3Z was stolen form 2819 Whitener St.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Property damage was reported at 605 Broadway.
* A mailbox was broken off a pole at 1502 Parkside St.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.
