The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kattez K. Braselman, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Faderick L. Holmes, 17, 1150 New Madrid St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stealing, improper passing and no operator's license.
• Justin R. Layton, 25, of Richland Center, Wis., was arrested on a Wisconsin warrant for probation and parole violation.
• Calvin G. Willoughby, 43, 814 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

• Roselyn L. Harris, 28, 1826 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for failure to pay sewer service charge.
