The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Rosa M. Bollinger, 38, 1054 Dorothy St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.

* Howard L. Fasig, 45, 1112 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Matthew O. Dominguez, 27, 1201 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Summonses

* Gary Piatkowski, 36, 515 North St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Susan M. Tipton, 49, 2705 Plymouth Drive, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Alliance Bank, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

* Fishing poles and lawn chairs were reported stolen at 1220 N. West End Blvd.

* Money was reported stolen at 1301 N. Main St.

* Cape United Auto, 1105 Independence St., reported a theft of air intake.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Jesse R. Zoph, 19, 1432 Price Drive, and Travis S. Williams, 18, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 77, were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* License plate renewal tabs were reported stolen in Cape Girardeau.

* A PlayStation 3, games, and CDs were reported stolen at 429 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1728 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Endangering welfare of a child was reported.

* Forcible rape, kidnapping and felonious restraint were reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jamie R. Goehman, 34, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Sean S. Magee, 35, 2614 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of west Main Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported on East View Court.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.
