  • An assault was reported.

Summonses

  • Charles A. White II, 21, of 103 W. Marlene in Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Tracey R. Gotwiski, 34, of 1441 N. Main St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a property free of weeds and high grass.
  • Jason M. Burton, 26, of 264 County Road 634, received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 1954 N. Sprigg St.
  • A camera, check and money was reported stolen at 2842 Whitener St.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasolilne.
  • Kidd's II, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A burglary was reported at 225 S. Lormier St.
  • A TV, PlayStation, DVDs and clothing were reported stolen from 2819 Whitener St.
  • License plates were reported stolen at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Highway 74.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen from 45 S. West End Blvd.
  • A satellite radio was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
  • Cash and a key were reported stolen and an entry door damaged at 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.
  • A camcorder, PlayStation 2 and games were reported stolen at 2816 Themis St., Apt. E.
  • A Missouri license plate, WEEZER, was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 322 S. Lorimier St.
  • An attempted burglary was reported at 710 Morgan Oak St., No. 2.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.
  • Box speakers were reported stolen at 1326 N. Sprigg St.
  • A battery, door handles, bench seat and other items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1508 N. Spanish St.
  • A bicycle was reported on Lorimier Street.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A minidisc player was reported stolen and a car dashboard was reported damaged at 540 S. Frederick St.
  • Ameri-mart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jasper's, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of candy.
  • Cigarettes and CDs were reported stolen at 124 S. Benton St.
  • Hot Spot, 400 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing. Caitlin R. Drum, 17, of 1978 Country Club Place, Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 121 E. Rodney Drive, Apt. G5. A cordless telephone was reported stolen.

Property damage

  • Property damage and trespassing were reported.

Arrest

  • Cheryl A. Wildhaber, 47, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
  • Latoya M. Mixon, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
  • Nicholas A. Miller, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for possession/attempt with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance.

DWIs

  • Dean A. Carron, 34, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, failure to stop for a steady red signal.
  • Victoria A. Welker, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
  • Jacob A. Aubuchon, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Gregory Bacon, 46, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Thefts

  • Alcohol was reported stolen in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Fuel was reported stolen in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Theft of a passport and key from a motor vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Francis Drive.
