Arrests

* Rebecca Lynn Johnson, 23, 1141 Easton Drive, Jackson, was arrested on four counts for stealing cash from Pier 1 Imports, 3051 William St.

* Christopher Allen Martin, 22, 1541 N. Main St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violations.

* William Chase Montgomery, 20, 241 Wedge Lane, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Shelton Hempstead Jr., 50, 623 Jefferson, was issued a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Lonnie J. Petty, 28, 2 N. Benton, was issued a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Casey Nicole Beal, 19, 422 Bellevue, Apt. C, was issued a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Terry Dean Brown, 51, 10 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
