The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert A. Bailey, 21, 911 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Billy A. Curry, 42, 105 N. Clark St., Apt. 101, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Deborah A. Erlbacher, 47, 124 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 8, was arrested on suspicion of passing bad checks.

* Jameka J. Easton, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear for stealing.

* Joseph L. Stilson, 37, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Robert N. Norris, 37, 451 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Brandon L. Banks, 23, 927 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Herschael W. Tanksley, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for two counts of assault, a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for driving while suspended, and a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for assault.

* Dewayne McKinney, 18, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Bobbie J. Purkey, 31, 1122 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Charles B. Sullivan, 41, 1707 Stoddard St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Sherry L. Helm, 42, 1610 Madison St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Solar lights, a glass globe and a lawn chair were reported stolen at 1222 N. West End Blvd.

* A Missouri license plate, number 590-FSP, was reported stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2027 William St., reported receiving counterfeit money.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported four incidents of theft of fuel.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Little Caesar's, 97 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of an oven.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 1008 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Randi L. Rodgers, 20, of Thebes, Ill., and Ross C. Tarpley, 22, of Olney, Ill., were arrested in connection with the incident.

Property damage

* A broken windshield was reported at Henderson Avenue and Merriwether Street. Dwaun T. Thiele, 24, 1713 Montgomery St., was issued a summons in connection with the incident.

* Floodlights were reported damaged at 104 Sunset Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was reported.

* An 18-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
