The Cape Girardeu Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Nathan W. Snyder, 626 Woodbine Place, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* An 11-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault on school property.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Bobby J. Hastings, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* William R. Debose, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 509 S. Middle St.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 24 S. Spanish St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

Property damage

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 1009 N. Spanish St.

* Child abuse was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summons

* Devon J. Trowbridge, 17, 353 Dino Lane, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in the city park other than on the roadway.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 600 block of Brown Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Missouri Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of North West Lane.

* A custody exchange dispute was reported in the 2700 block of South Hope Street.

* A weapons violation was reported on North Farmington Road.

* A missing person was reported in the 200 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

* A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
