The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Juan S. Cruz, 19, 115 N. Ellis St., Apt. B, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding and no operator's license.

Damien A. Brown, 28, 2717 Hawthorne St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for no license and speeding.

A 9-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon.

Mark A. Villanueva, 555 N. Spring Ave., No. 54, was arrested on two Perry County warrants for possession of controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Broshawn D. Egson, 31, 723 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

Tai M. Wilburn, 33, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

David W. Winn, 39, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear for revoked license and driving under the influence.

Summonses

James E. Hooe, 25, 1937 Delwin St., Apt. 5, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Robert L. parker, 37, 1518 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for illegal burning.

Thefts

The Safe House for Women reported a theft of cash.

Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Shoes were reported stolen at 636 Good Hope St.

A forgery was reported at 308 Siemers Drive.

Property damages

A vehicle window was reported broken at 608 Albert St.
