Arrests

* A 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* An 11- year-old boy was cited into juvenile courtfor peace disturbance and assault.

* Traylord D. LAwrence, 19, 2505 Melrose St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for property damage.

* Patrick S. Moyers, 33, 1104 W. Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending charges for driving while revoked and expired plates.

* Albert W. Toombs Jr., 30, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 256, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud and a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

* Michael S. Kuehn, 19, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for stealing.

* Miah S. Terry, 18, 234 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for maintaining a nuisance and probation violation for assault.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A license plate for a trailer, No. ENC 508, was reported stolen at 3065 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
