The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

n David C. Olson, 19, 2933 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia, unlicensed insurance, failure to use turn signal and failure to stop at stop sign.

  • Kassandra R. Bellew, 19, of Sedgwickville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
  • Clarissa F. Walker, 20, 1928 Delwin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked license.
  • Brandon L. Banks, 21, 212 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a warrant.

Summons

  • Aaron L. Wiggins, 25, 313 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of tobacco by a minor.
  • Brandon W. Walls, 25, 628 Olive St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Andrew D. Bravo, 20, of 321 Dearmont Circle, No. 221, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Miah S. Terry, 27, 149 S. West End Blvd., was arrested for assault.
  • Dody S. Menz, 31, 605 N. Spanish St., Apt. 1F, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop, failure to yield, careless and imprudent driving, failure to signal, no license, no insurance and unlicensed vehicle.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

  • AM/PM, 1101 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Nintendo Wii and checks were reported stolen at 2121 Bessie St.
  • Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadowbrook Drive, reported a "Stinger" dent puller sotlen.
  • Kohl's, 315 Shirley St., reported a theft of clothing. Marissa E. Blandford, 19, of 129 S. Walnut St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
  • A checkbook was reported stolen at 424 S. West End Blvd.

Property damages

  • The Woman's Store, 113 N. Main St., reported damage to a back door.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 421 North St.
  • A window was reported damaged at 1676 Westwood Drive.
  • State Beauty Supply, 615 Broadway, reported damage to terra cotta pot and plants.

Miscellaneous

  • A rape was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

  • A theft was reported in the 600 block of Colorado Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Independence Street.
