DWIs

  • Joshua Vandeven, 22, 123 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Jesse Francis Harshaw, 22, 8 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

  • Shelton Hempstead, 48, 623 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Allen Irons, 24, of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Robert Maglone, 18, 807 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Jessica Bohnert, 26, 1015 N. Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Richard Lee Minner, 59, of Scott City, was issued a summons for depositing or washing masonry rock into a waterway.

Thefts

  • A blue and silver Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen at 725 S. Ellis St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • A checkbook was reported stolen.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 Stop, 546 S. Sprigg St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Jaspers Convenience Store, 10 S. West End Blvd.
  • A Yorkshire terrier was reported stolen at 3110 Westfield Drive.
  • A car window was damaged and credit card, cash and checkbook reported stolen at 20 N. Main St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 402 S. Kingshighway.
  • Money was reported stolen at 104 Vantage Drive.
  • A plasma TV was reported stolen at 3002 Wisteria Drive.
  • Stealing was reported at 402 S. Kingshighway.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 508 Cape Meadows Circle.
  • A textbook was reported stolen at 1948 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

  • Vehicle doors were reported damaged in the 900 block of Normal Avenue.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 3035 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
  • Failure to return rental property was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.
  • Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Jaycee and Kiwanis drives.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Sexual misconduct was reported.
  • A peace disturbance was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • A 51-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
