* Brian W. Biri, 29, 1853 Carolina Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Toby T. Blackmon, 33, 1717 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and no taillights.
* Kayla D. Drady, 21, 612 North St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Cynthia R. Ishaak, 43, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Crystal D. Gosnell, 17, of Commerce, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Jennifer A. McBenge, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Jacqueline C. Parker, 24, 1102 S. Ellis St., was arrested on four Stoddard County warrants for possession of narcotic equipment, possession of marijuana, failure to appear and a traffic violation.
* Jamie L. Wichern, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Mark W. Mandrell, 23, 410 Marie St., and Laura M. Fraysee, 21, 616 Sycamore Circle, No. 117, were arrested on suspicion of filing a false report.
* Ledonn A. Smith, 28, 905 Chestnut St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Two girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Vivian A. Howard, 24, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Gabriel S. Fuller, 34, 342 Barberry St., and Russell L. Graham, 46, 911 Susan Lane, received summonses for property damage.
* Joan Silvia-Cruzate-Col-Villada, 2382 Whitener St., No. 8, received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 2555 Lisa Drive.
* A tire ring was reported stolen at 2149 William St.
* Money and cigarettes were reported stolen at 42 Green Acres Drive.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Mary Beth Wright, 21, 606 Terry Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Michael A. Gardner, 49, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
* Michael L. Goldsmith, 38, of Thebes, Ill., received a summons for stealing.
* Blake L. Vinson, 20, of East Prairie, Mo., received a summons for property damage.
* William S. Clausen, 23, 425 East Lane, received a summons for disorderly house.
* Victoria A. Welker, 24, 425 East Lane, received a summons for disorderly house.
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Sierra Court.
* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.
* A theft was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
