  • Christopher C. Brotherton, 19, 2030 Kevin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

  • Todd J. Bles, 29, 805 E. Fourth St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack and drug paraphernalia.
  • David J. Biler, 20, 2640 Hopper Road, No. 10, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack and drug paraphernalia.
  • Jennifer L. Biler, 22, 2640 Hopper Road, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack and drug paraphernalia.
  • Terrence D. Boyce, 28, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Isaiah G. Massie, 20, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for improper registration.
  • Chetiqua A. Poindexter, 21, 1205 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and property damage.
  • Nichole E. Mather, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd. Apt. 313, was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
  • Ronnie P. Huff, 49, reported homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Amanda D. Zimmerman, 20, 514 Washington St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.
  • Six students were cited into juvenile court for truancy: two boys, 12; one boy, 11; two girls, 12; one girl 11; and one girl, 10.
  • A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

  • A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of tampering, the possession of a controlled substance, driving without a valid driver's license and failure to restrain a child passenger.

  • Derek W. Horstmeyer, 22, 701 Broadway, Apt. 2, received a summons for trespassing.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A 1999 blue Ford Windstar van was reported stolen at 440 Sprigg St.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 2501 Melrose Ave.
  • A blue bicycle was reported stolen on Jefferson Street.
  • Medications were reported stolen from 618 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Property damage

n A vehicle window as reported broken at 331 N. Frederick St.
