Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kelvin L. Johnson, 29, 38 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Timothy A. Richard, 22, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and resisting arrest.
* George R. Strahan, 46, 1305 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Jarell D. Gingles, 21, 329 N. Middle St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Chelsea T. Gurley, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Tomekia D. Higgins, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd, Apt. 304, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
Summons
* Corrine S. White, 29, 1015 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for leash-law violation.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.

Thefts
* Monty's Mobile Homes, 602 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of pictures, lamps, pillows, a comforter and various decor.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* A saw, electric drill and extension cord were reported stolen at 3020 Boutin Drive.
* Claire's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of jewelry.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 3022 Aspen St. An electric drill, a saw and an extension cord were reported stolen.
Property damage
* The City of Cape Girardeau reported destruction of headstones at 1 Lorimier St.
* A window was reported broken at 45 S. West End Blvd.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 3200 block of Oak Ridge Drive.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 4800 block of Coventry Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported at North Farmington Road and Oak Street.
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
