Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department release the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Morgan A. Tate, 20, 2830 Whitener St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and tobacco possession by a minor.

* Kevin W. McClain, 44, 2846 Whitener St., was a arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Marcus D. Larry, 19, 3018 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of resisting lawful detention.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Patrick J. Nissen, 45, 1230 Sailors Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Patrick J. Taylor, 63, 710 N. Missouri Ave., received a summons for failure to keep private property free of litter.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 1518 Good Hope St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 2835 Walden Blvd.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 3020 Boutin Drive.

* Cash was reported stolen in the 600 block of North Street.

* Identification items were reported stolen at 1092 Linden St.

* Money was reported stolen at The Pasta House Co., 2406 William St.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglaries

* A burglary, theft and stealing were reported.

* A burglary and damaged front door were reported at 1105 Jefferson Ave.

Property damage

* Tampering with a vehicle and property damage were reported at 1902 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.

* Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 235 Merriwether St.

* Forgery was reported.

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a forgery.

* Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 317 Merriwether St.

* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

DWI

* Garrett M. Dominick, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and resisting a lawful stop.

Arrests

* Philece J. Brooks, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while suspended.

* Amy L. Dillon, 34, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks, failure to appear for failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to appear for exceeding the posted speed limit and failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Mariah A. Hodges, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Shain M. White, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Allen W. Biggs, 18, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Phillip L. Harkey, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to stop for a stop sign, possession of marijuana, possession of liquor by a minor and possession of paraphernalia.

* Joseph D. Holder, 33, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Kevin T. White, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Thomas D. Miller, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Timothy B. Guthrie, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Heather K. Ledbetter, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Cristi L. Pikey, 36, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.

* Dennis W. Hay, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with an arrest and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
