Summons

  • Cody L. Gustin, 17, 709 Albert St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

  • Second-degree burglary was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St. Miscellaneous kitchen items were reported stolen in the incident.
  • Second-degree burglary, stealing and second-degree property damage were reported at 803 S. Ellis St. Copper piping was reported stolen and plastic pipe, a door and a frame were reported damaged in the incident.

  • A car title was reported stolen at 338 N. Middle St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
