Summons

• Cody L. Gustin, 17, 709 Albert St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

• Second-degree burglary was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St. Miscellaneous kitchen items were reported stolen in the incident.
• Second-degree burglary, stealing and second-degree property damage were reported at 803 S. Ellis St. Copper piping was reported stolen and plastic pipe, a door and a frame were reported damaged in the incident.

• A car title was reported stolen at 338 N. Middle St.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

• Rebecca S. Crowell, 51, of 533 Green Meadows Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

• Brian Steele, 22, 523 Lyndhurst Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for an original charge of failure to register a vehicle.
• Jake Walker, 18, of Winona, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to show cause order and on an Advance, Mo., warrant.
