DWI

* Zachariah M. Ventura, 21, 306 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and littering.

Arrests

* Sarah M. McFall, 25, 520 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for an open container violation.

* Sharron R. Ross, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Marcus M. Broughton, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Matthew M. Mertens, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Christopher J. Ohm, 19, of Glen Carbon, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Walmart, 3439 William St., and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Trevor S. Ostlund, 19, of Decatur, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Walmart, 3439 William St., and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Chrystal L. Harris, 18, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Janisha A. Alexander, 24, 1105 Hidden Valley Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* James A. Davis, 53, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing.

Summonses

* Kevin S. Hendershott, 21, 329 N. Middle St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Marisa C. Rapp, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jada Lee Pearson, 17, 3001 Wisteria Drive, received a summons for property damage and assault.

Assaults

* An assault was reported. A subject was in custody pending formal charges in connection with the incident.
