Arrests
- Jon M. Thrower, 34, 1004 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of rape and burglary.
- Ashley N. Windeknecht, 23, 103 N. Clark St., Apt. 102, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
- Melissa A. Courtois, 37, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for seat belt violations.
- Jennifer V. Sample, 18, 2517 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and possession of alcohol by a minor.
- Ashley E. Schermerhorn, 19, 714 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.
- Garmeisha D. Terry, 21, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.
- Cole J. Mann, 20, 119 S. Hanover St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
- Michael T. Reeves, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer and interference with arrest.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for protective custody, minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and minor in possession of tobacco.
- Titus D. Brockman, 18, 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no license.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for assault.

- A parental kidnapping was reported.
- An attempted suicide was reported.
