The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* John M. Eldridge, 56, 1418 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Adrin M. Brown, 26, 930 Bloomfied St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Christopher J. Elam, 25, of St. Louis was arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license revoked and speeding.
* Shane M. Sprouse, 22, 3208 Kage Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* Heather J. Beck, 35, 167 Cardinal Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Jared L. Schippers, 25, 70 Garnet Lane, received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A purse was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Finch Law Firm, 701 Bellevue St., reported a plastic sign stolen.
* A Nintendo and games were reported stolen at 325 N. Sprigg St.
* Parkwood Manor, 325 N. Sprigg St., reported a television stolen.
* Subwoofers and an amplifier were reported stolen at 921 William St.
* Political signs were reported stolen at 1550 Greenbrier Drive.
* A fence was reported damaged at 127 S. West End Blvd.
* Harassment was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
