The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Ilene E. Davis, 22, of 1855 Thilenius St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Tyler J. Murphy, 23, of 126 N. Redbud St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Kacey Romans, 20, of 45 S. West End Blvd. was arrested on Stoddard County and Cape Girardeau warrants.
  • Anthony Jackson, 41, address not given, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Cynthia Harris, 27, of 611 Sycamore St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for assault.
  • Clarissa Simpson, 19, of 224 N. Handy St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Scottie Moyers, age not given, 3805 Carolwood Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
  • Phillip Wulfers, age not given, 1305 Kenwood Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Thefts

  • A coat and fishing equipment were reported stolen from 100 Broadway.
  • A computer was reported stolen at 230 N. Ellis St.
  • BP, 3276 William St., reported fuel stolen.
  • Stealing was reported.
  • Enterprise Leasing Co. reported stealing at 20 S. Sprigg St.
  • Best Buy Motors reported stealing at 318 N. Kingshighway.

Assault

  • A juvenile was cited for third-degree assault at the corner of Sherwood and Westwood drives.
  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Assault was reported at 24 S. Silver Springs Road.

Property damage

  • Property was damaged at 1031 Merriwether St.
  • Property was reported damaged at 245 N. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with child custody was reported at 410 Themis St.
