Cape Girardeau

DWI
- Erin Elizabeth Pfau, 22, of 1305 Sonnet Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to wear a seat belt following a motor vehicle accident at Kingshighway and East Rodney Drive.
Arrests
- David L. McClain, 26, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested by the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- Alia J. Shurn, 22, of 805 Ranney Ave., rear apartment, was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for driving while revoked.
- Landers Whitcomb Jr., 21, of 430 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 8K, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
- James E. Walker III, 25, of 2813 Whitener St., No. C4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
- A subject was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, property damage and stealing.
- Leonard McAdory Jr., 32, of 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
- Larry J. Bridges, 21, of 714 S. Ellis St., was arrested arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for violating a steady red signal, driving with no proof of insurance and failure to pay fine for prohibited acts, noise, and on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.
- Bobbie J. Davis, 29, of 1024 William St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for leaving the scene of an accident and no proof of insurance.
- An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.
- Sivic C. Johnson, 17, of 501 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drugs, driving without a license and no tail lamps.
- David E. Penny, 18, of 921 Hackberry St., Apt 108, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and property damage.
- Joseph Bisogno, 36, of 44 N. Pind Wood Lane, No. 3, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear driving with a suspended operator's license.
- A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jerry L. Curry, 42, of 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.
Summons
- Matthew A. Thompson, 24, of Scott City received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation.
Assaults
- An assault was reported.
- Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Thefts
- Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Douglas D. Quebedeaux, 44, of 2844 Lear Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
- Cape Video, 510 Broadway, reported two incidents of failure to return rental property involving DVDs and PlayStation games.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 915 Fort St.
- Dollar General Store, 64 S. Plaza Way, reported a theft of general merchandise.
- Journey's, 3049 William St., reported a theft.
- Link Electronic Inc., 2137 Rust Ave., reported a theft of alumninum.
- Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
Property damage
- A mailbox was reported damaged at 1600 Westwood Drive.
- A vehicle window was reported broken at 117 S. Louisiana Ave.

- A peace disturbance was reported.
- Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Arrests
- Aaron C. O'Neal, 32, of 113 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Adam E. Campbell, 20, of 115 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- Elizabeth M. Hale, 23, of 2325 County Road 618, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
- Mary C. Welker, 32, of 4802 County Road 205, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges.
Thefts
- A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.
- A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Bast Street.
- A bicycle was reported stolen in the 600 block of Oak Street.
Miscellaneous
- Harassing telephone calls were reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

- Kelly C. Vines, 23, of Jackson, was arrested on a Boone County, Mo., warrant for assault.
- Nicholas S. Wayland, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.
- Elizabeth M. Hale, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no valid license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Francis D. Williams, 41, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
- Mary C. Welker, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to produce insurance.
