DWI
* Charles E. Mosley, 33, 1854 Martin Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a stop-sign violation.
* Antonio E. Johnson, 19, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for probation and parole violation.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
* Edward E. Sutton, 29, 1004 Maple St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for unlawful use of a Dumpster, failure to yield after stopping and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of stealing.
* Shemia L. Carter, 29, 1112 Harmony St., was arrested on a federal indictment warrant for two counts of distributing a controlled substance and a McCracken County, Ky., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
* Charmonique M. Robinson, 17, 520 Morgan Oak St., Samiya D. Witherspoon, 17, 1555 Amblewood Drive, Shavion S. Reed, 17, 506 S. Henderson Ave., received summonses and a 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self and others, assault and trespassing.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 439 S. Sprigg St.
* U Kwik Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1322 Big Bend Road.
* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Theft from a vehicle, tampering and property damage were reported.
* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A Tom Tom GPS device was reported stolen at 1612 Bessie St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 1631 Bessie St.
* A burglary, broken window and theft of purses were reported at 439 N. Sprigg St.
* Driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, an open container violation and possession of marijuana were reported.
* A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 1236 Linden St. James E. McNow, 48, 1236 Linden St. No. 4, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A male subject was taken into protective custody.

* James M. Yount, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Tyler S. Gatzemeyer, 22, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Mark T. Parsons, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer.
* Shaqwana S. Shelby, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Amanda M. Campbell, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Austin A. Urhahn, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Dereck L. Graham, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Illinois State Police warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.
* Kelita L. Moore, 22, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Marla S. Parker, 29, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license.
* Brandon L. Rice, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Benito Pena, 28, of Des Peres, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Lauren M. Bodenschatz, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.
* Jennifer L. Holland, 29, of Lake St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
* Tammy J. Hammers, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
