  • Jacob S. Politte, 21, 1945 Delwin St., No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a parking violation.
  • Deandre M. Tipler, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for seat-belt violation and improper registration.
  • James W. Hensel Jr., 18, 515 North St., was arrested on a Hillsboro, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
  • Charles W. Pershoff Jr., 31, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, Union County, Ill., warrants for three counts of unlawful violation of a protection order, two counts of telephone harassment, theft, criminal trespass, attempted aggravated arson intimidation and five counts of reckless conduct.

  • Michael A. Gorham, 21, of St. Louis was issued a summons for loud stereo.
  • Carla J. Mungle, 23, 326 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons for failure to demolish or repair property.
  • Jennifer M. Renaud, 19, 1823 Bloomfield St., rear, was issued a summons for leash-law violation.
  • Tamara L. Baker, 40, 137 S. Spanish St., No. 4, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Frito-Lay, 1857 Rusmar St., reported a theft of snacks.
  • Rhodes, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • A 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier, Missouri license CC5X2X, was reported stolen at 1611 Independence St.

Property damage

  • The Cape Girardeau School District reported windows broken at 215 N. Louisiana Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • A 15-year-old was placed in protective custody.
  • Velocity Electronics, 500 N. Kingshighway, reported a forgery and a theft of checks.
  • A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
