  • Justin L. Blanchard, 24, 2830 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Brandon A. Harris, 25, 2902 Bernice St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.
  • Elton L. Peterson, 23, 1040 N. Frederick St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Larry J. Fletcher, 47, of Jonesboro, Ark., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for disorderly conduct.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.
  • Ronald G. Elbert, 29, 1901 Big Bend Road, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Jennifer A. Wichard, 29, 422 N. Mount Auburn Road, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
