The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Danielle D. Ivy, 39, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Roger L. Clarke, 18, 1928 Delwin St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of forgery, no valid license, improper registration and no insurance.

* Mitchel O. Smith, 39, 1540 Independence St., was arrested on two counts of suspicion of resisting arrest and on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.

* Kendrick D. Kimble, 28, 103 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation for non-support.

* Kristina R. Morgan, 29, 2825 Whitener St., was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.

* Kevin Michael Flesher, 18, 1524 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and underage possession of alcohol.

* Harvey Edward Gaddy, 44, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of filing a false police report.

* Ronald Lee Dumas III, 19, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of hindering prosecution.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, assault and trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal drug-related charges.

Summonses

* Hannah Claire Beasley, no age given, 4901 Highway 25, received a summons for the theft of clothing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Anita Maria Uelsmann, 64, of Benton, Mo., received summonses for the theft of clothing and perfume from Kohl's, 351 Shirley.

* Mona D. Taylor, 56, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for theft of shoes from J.C. Penney, 3049 William .St.

* Joshua Tevik, no age given, 2473 Cheetah Lane, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

* Daniel T. Harmon, 28, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert J. Lord, 30, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tyler P. Hawn, 46, 3010 Aspen Drive, Apt. D, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

Robbery

* Robbery and first-degree stealing were reported.

* A burglary was reported at 513 S. Middle St.

* Phillips 66, 3276 William St., reported theft of gasoline.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the failure to return two iPods.

* Bi-State, 312 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Electronic equipment was reported stolen at 1357 Platinum St.

* BMX bicycles were reported stolen at 1524 Bloomfield St.

Arrests

* Justin S. Burns, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material applied.

* Cody S. Criddle, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Jason J. Holweg, 35, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on Jackson warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Chelsea L. Wells, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
