* Roger L. Clarke, 18, 1928 Delwin St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of forgery, no valid license, improper registration and no insurance.
* Mitchel O. Smith, 39, 1540 Independence St., was arrested on two counts of suspicion of resisting arrest and on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
* Kendrick D. Kimble, 28, 103 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation for non-support.
